Can I use multiple services together?
Yes — every service is independent. You can enable File Processing on the Standard tier and Student Email on the Basic tier, for example. You only pay for what you activate.
When am I billed?
Per-use services (Document Processing, Payments) are metered in real time and billed monthly. Monthly services (Student Email) are charged at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I change my tier mid-cycle?
You can upgrade any time — the new rate takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Is there a free plan?
Your school portal is free to create and manage. You only start paying when you enable a service and begin consuming usage.
What currencies are supported?
All pricing is in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are collected via Paystack and settled in NGN.
